minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment

management accepts no responsibility for
the loss of money or valuables of any kind
brought into the spa premises. |

Consideration : |
Guests
who are pregnant, have high blood pressure,
heart conditions, allergies or other medical
complications, are advised to consult their
doctors before using any spa services. |
| Cancellation
Policy : |
Kindly
provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice
for you appointment. Rescheduling of appointments
is subject to availability. A 50% cancellation
fee is imposed for any cancellation made
less than 4 hours before treatment time.
A full charge will be imposed for a 'no-show'. |
| Payment

For
non-resident hotel guests, payment is required
prior to the treatment. |
| Refund
Policy : |
Treatment
packages and spa membership are non-refundable,
non-transferable and non-exchangeable. |
| Internet
Bookings : |
Advance
Internet bookings are encouraged to avoid
disappointment. The spa reserves the right
to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments
if the ones requested are not available.

available and valid for 3 months. Please
