How
can I enjoy my membership discount privileges?
You must present the membership card to enjoy the discounts
and privileges. Spa members enjoy discount privileges
for all spa treatments and beauty services.
Are the membership discount privileges transferable? Membership
discounts and privileges are not transferable. However,
you may give your 90-min massage session spa gift certificates
to your friends and love ones.
What if I want to have an Essence of Angsana spa
package, can I use / combine the spa gift certificates
to redeem for the spa package?
Should you wish to enjoy a spa package, all you have to
do is pay for the published price difference between a
90-min massage session and the Essence of Angsana spa
package that you have selected. However, combining several
spa gift certificates to redeem a spa package is not permitted.
When are the off-peak hours for the spas? I will
like to enjoy my 30% discount privileges for spa packages
during off-peak hours.
Off-Peak hour varies from spa to spa and from season to
season. Please enquire with the spa direct when making
your reservations. Kindly note that spa packages must
be completed within the off-peak hours to qualify for
the 30% discount privilege.
Can my membership discount privileges be used
together with other promotions?
Spa member’s discount privileges cannot be used
in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions
except for in-house promotion. Only members are entitled
to an additional 10% discount of any in-house promotion
(eg Massage of the Week).
How
many guests can I bring along to enjoy the 10% discount
privilege?
Members may bring in up to 3 guests per day for them to
enjoy the 10% discount privilege for spa treatments except
‘Finer Touches’, ‘Angsana Essential’
and beauty services range of treatments. Members must
personally bring their guests to the Spa, although the
member may not need to have any spa treatment with their
friends.
I will like to spend a holiday at Angsana Resorts
and Spas. Do I enjoy special rates?
Members enjoy a 20% discount off the published rack rate
at Angsana Resorts and Spa subject to selected black-out
periods and conditions. We are pleased to inform you that
we have members-only
holiday packages that contains many exciting and special
holiday offers exclusive to our spa members. Last but
not least, after you have made your hotel reservations,
do remember to bring along your membership card and present
it upon check-in for verification. Otherwise, the special
rates offered to spa members will not apply.
Do I enjoy F&B discount privileges during
my holidays at Angsana Resorts and Spa?
Yes, you do enjoy 10% discount off food and beverages
at Angsana Resorts. Kindly note that the discount privilege
is applicable only for food and beverages consume at the
restaurant and not applicable for room services. Also,
please present your membership card before making your
order.
Do I enjoy discount privileges at Angsana Gallery
or the Museum Shop by Banyan Tree?
Yes. Angsana Spa members enjoy 20% discount off most items
(except, CDs, jewellery, sales and consignment items)
at all Angsana Gallery.
