Please take a moment to read these notes to help you enjoy your visit to Angsana Spa.
Etiquette :	We respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum. Cellular phones and other electronic devices are discouraged.
Attire :	Please arrive at the Spa wearing comfortable, light clothing or a bathrobe. Disposable undergarments are available on request.
Gift Certificates :	Gift Certificates for our spa treatments are available. Please ask our spa receptionist
Reservations :	Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment.
Check in :	Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
Valuables :	The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
Special Consideration :	Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions or other medical complications, are advised to consult their doctors before using any spa services. Please highlight your medical condition to your spa therapist.
Smoking and Alcohol :	Out of consideration to other guests, please refrain from smoking and consuming alcohol within the spa premises.
Cancellation Policy :	Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for you appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a "no-show".
Refund Policy :	Treatment packages and spa membership are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available.
Payment :	We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. For non-resident hotel guests, payment is required prior to the treatment.
