Day Spa at Double Bay in Sydney, Australia in December
2002.
This is the first Day Spa for the three-year-old Angsana
Spa, which has a total of 10 resort spas under its belt
to date. The move to open a Day Spa is propelled by Angsana's
global expansion plan and its aim to engage in Australia's
young and evolving spa industry. Backed by an investment
plan worth A$1million, this enterprise will be the first
to introduce Asian health and beauty remedies in a contemporary

Spa Treatments & Skilled Therapists
Angsana Day Spa will have a dedicated team of 10 therapists,
flown in from the Banyan Tree Spa Academy in Phuket. A
total of 28 holistic massages, health treatments, beauty
wraps and tropical scrubs will be introduced in the new
Angsana Spa Menu, which is the epitome of pure indulgence.
Signature therapies include the Angsana Massage that relieve
tension and aid blood circulation, Fusion Massage that
combines Thai and Swedish techniques, Natural Thai Herbal
Wrap which contains a 'miracle' mud that solve all skin
problems and the Tangy Tamarind Scrub which gives your
skin a refreshing boost. Couple spa sessions are performed
in Deluxe Therapy Suites complete with double beds, Jacuzzi,
shower and lounging area.

Angsana Day Spa Sydney will feature a total of 5 therapy
rooms, 1 facial therapy room, 1 manicure room and 1 reflexology
cum pedicure room. Guests who wish to replicate the Angsana
experience may visit the signature Angsana Gallery, which
is situated within the reception area of the spa. This
retail boutique offers an extensive collection of spa
accessories ranging from aromatic and bath oils to essential
oil burners and aroma incense.
